The Annual Pumpkin Carving Party

Well it was once again time for the Abbotts to get some pumpkins carved. We had a great time at my sister in law Tracis house. She made some killer "smokey" (haha Traci) potato soup with rolls. It totally hit the spot after being outside in the cold wind for an hour. I helped carve Mickys "UMPKINANA", but Jayda was all about doing hers all alone this year. She did a really good job!!! The kids had fun and did a good job on each of their pumpkins. We then played, talked, ate, ate some more and then had some really scary looking cupcakes. Thanks to all of my sister in laws who make every thing so much fun and always include everyone!!! I am so thankful for the wonderful family I married into!!!

Daddy showed up just in time for some hot soup!

Ok so Brittney you deffinetly called this one. Haha So I walk in the living room to see my baby trying to help fix Michaels gun. Now before anyone freaks let me explain. So Michael had the gun inside(not loaded) because he had just bought a new scope and was attaching it. Well when he was done Micky thought it would be neat to be just like daddy. I was dying laughing. It was such a funny moment. I think she will deffinetly take after her father. He was loving this as Im sure you all know. No worries though the huge screwdriver and gun are safely put away now!!!! :)

The Last picnic

Well Jayda decided that we needed to have one last picnic before it was to cold outside. So thats what we did. We had some ham and cheese rolls with mustard to dip them in but for some reason both of my girls thought that the mustard tasted better on their apple slices. YUCK!!! But to each their own, right. We had fun in the nice weather, I hope it will last just a little bit longer up here.







Later that night the girls found the most expensive toy in the house! :) Well maybe the computer that came in it, but the box was free. I love how that works. They played in this for like hours. They were cracking me up. See ya.

Jaydas Soccer

This was a few weeks ago at Jaydas game. She really does not get into it but I got a few lucky shots of her at least near the ball. Its a MIRACLE. haha No really she just tells people on the side lines she likes their shoes and talks and stuff. She cracks me up but its a little frustrating to coach!!! AHHHH Sorry the pictures are terrible but it was soooo bright and I forgot to adjust my camera so my bad!

Tailgating

Hey everyone these are some pics from the last football game we went to. We decided to tailgate with a bunch of friends and family. It was a lot of fun and not to cold yet. The game was pretty bad (as you can tell by everyones faces) but oh well. The kids had a ball we ate pizza, cookies(thanks Rayna),and aunt Traci even brought hot chocolate for when it did get cold. WELL I STARTED THINKING ABOUT WHAT I WANTED TO GET JAYDA FOR HER UPCOMING 5th BIRTHDAY AND I COULDNT THINK OF ANYTHING. SHE HAS TO MANY TOYS FOR HER CLOSETS AND SHE DEFFINETLY HAS ENOUGH CLOTHES. SHE WANTED A NEW COMPUTER BUT THATS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. SO WE DECIDED TO TAKE THE GIRLS(AND OURSELVES) TO DISNEYLAND FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAVE NOT BEEN THERE SINCE OUR SENIOR TRIP LIKE 7 YEARS AGO SO I DONT REALLY KNOW WHAT THE BEST STUFF IS THERE NOW AND FOR LITTLE KIDS? SO IF ANY ONE HAS BEEN AND HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS WE ARE ALL EARS. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS A MUST ON OUR LIST SO FAR.

JOY SCHOOL OF ROCK

This is Jayda getting ready for our preschool class yesterday. She is really loving it and looks forward to "thursday" every week. We have 5 sweet little girls in our class and so far we havnt had any major cat fights. She learns a new letter, color, number, song, and lesson every week. They love show-n-tell and especially their snack and craft portions of the class. Being that it is a joy school that means each mom gets a turn every week at being the teacher and I had so much fun doing this. I am actually looking forward to my next turn!!! We really lucked out and have such a good group. Thank you to all of the moms for this!!!!

Hey everybody, I thought I would just throw a bunch of rancom pics in this post. I have some of our fall decor and I hope you know I really tried to make the flower arrangment myself but it just isnt my thing so thankfully Vicki(my mother-in-law) rescued me on that one. The others are just what happens to my poor baby when I leave her home with her father for 2 seconds. haha. Enjoy!!! :)

The Pumpkin Patch

Well I decided I needed to get a few pumpkins to decorate my front porch, so we went to the Willis farm(always fun)!!! Needless to say 1 1/2 hrs and 20$ later we came home with some sweet pumpkins. My front porch looks much more festive. We just got finished with Jaydas teams soccer practice so sorry dont laugh at the killer hair and outfits. Here are some of the pics from the patch haha. Whoa I cant believe its been almost a month.

Hey all I am sorry I have been so bad but I have a good excuse. Well some how my computer got like a million viruses and it bit the big one but it was getting old any way so it just gave us an excuse to buy a new one!!! YAE so I custom ordered a new one from Dell 2 weeks ago and it should be here tomarrow. I am so excited and I promise to be a better blogger from now on haha.
